Reducing-stabilizing valve for high temperatures

The CSA Mod. VRCD ST, with body in nickel-plated ductile cast iron and internal components in stainless steel, reduces and stabilizes the high upstream pressure into a lower downstream pressure regardless of flow rate and upstream pressure fluctuations. It can be used for water, air and fluids in general with a maximum working pressure of 40 bar.

• Body and cover in nickel-plated ductile cast iron GJS 450-10.
• Internals in stainless steel.
• Upstream pressure balanced self-cleaning piston technology.

Working conditions
• Pressure range: 10-16-25-40 bar.
• Downstream pressure range: 1.5-6 bar, 5-12 bar, higher on request.
• Treated water maximum 100°C.

Connections
• Flanges size from DN 50 to DN 150 mm.
• Flanges standard EN 1092/2, different on request.

Standards
• Certification and testing according to EN 1074.
