Pressure reducing valve with diaphragm

The CSA Mod. VRCD-M reduces and stabilizes the high upstream pressure into a lower downstream pressure regardless of flow rate and upstream pressure fluctuations. Thanks to its diaphragm, the valve allows an increased accuracy of regulation

 

Product features
• Body and cover in ductile cast iron GJS 450-10.
• Internals in stainless steel.
• Diaphragm in polyamide nylon reinforced fabric.
• Upstream pressure balanced self-cleaning piston technology.
• Painting with fluidized bed technology RAL 5005.

Working conditions
• Pressure range: 10-16 bar.
• Downstream pressure range: 1.5-6 bar.
• Treated water maximum 60°C.
• Different values on request.

Connections
• Flanges size from DN 50 to DN 150 mm.
• Flanges standard EN 1092/2, different on request.

Standards
• Design, certification and testing according to EN 1074.
